Orders will dispatched once we have received 100% of invoice amount.

Shipping/delivery quotes are calculated per order and are included on the order invoice. We check all couriers for best price to you delivery address at the time.

For instock items ordered (non pre-order) we aim to process and dispatch weekly by 4pm (UK Time) each Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday may be processed on the following working day.

For pre-order items, we will process and dispatch as soon as possible once we take delivery.

We do not take responsibility for damages or loses occurred during the shipment process. We advise that parcel protection insurance is included with courier shipping/delivery cost.
