Refund & Returns Policy

Oh dear… In the unfortunate event of wanting to return your good(s) please notify us at hello@roo-tid.com. We’d love the opportunity to resolve the issue for you and put things right.

We only replace, refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged during the manufacturing process. We do not hold responsibility for defects or damages post manufacturing.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return your item(s) in its original condition. A replacement, refund or exchange will be processed upon us receiving the good(s), unused and in their original condition within the 30 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card account or original method of payment account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should ship your product to the address specified by Roo-tid.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
